Conflict resolution in out-of-school time programs is essential for creating a safe and inclusive environment where youth can develop healthy relationships and learn important social and emotional skills. During this training you will learn how to teach conflict resolution skills, establish clear expectations, mediation and negotiation, provide a safe space for communication, collaborative problem-solving, and how to involve parents and guardians. By implementing these conflict resolution strategies, out-of-school time programs can create a positive and supportive environment where youth learn how to manage conflicts, build relationships, and develop important life skills.
