Join this facilitated 60-minute conversation with peers to explore topics like supporting quality through budget decisions, communication with stakeholders, scheduling and planning continuous quality improvement, and planning for the future.
Each 1-hour session will include opportunities for participants to interact with peers and discuss quality practices in their roles. Participants may attend as many of the PLC sessions as their schedule allows. These conversations are designed for managers, supervisors, directors, and anyone who leads others in the OST setting. Program staff, or those working directly with young people, may find the Staff Practices PLC to be better suited to their roles.
