Quality staff practices in out-of-school time (OST) programs leads to positive youth development experiences for young people. Join this facilitated 60-minute conversation with peers to explore the content in the Youth Work Methods and SEL Methods series, share stories from the field, and identify concrete ways to implement quality staff practices immediately in your program.
Each 1-hour session will include opportunities for participants to interact with peers and discuss quality practices in their roles. Participants may attend as many of the PLC sessions as their schedule allows. These conversations are designed for staff who work directly with young people. Managers/Supervisors may find the Organizational Practices PLC to be better suited to their roles. Search “OST Professional Learning Community – Organizational Practices” to learn more.
