Increased fidelity in continuous quality improvement can lead to larger, more sustainable change. This workshop takes participants beyond the basics covered in the Youth or School-Age PQA Basics courses and increases skills in observing, scoring, and leading a self-assessment process. The workshop will consist of a combination of video scoring practice, scoring meeting roleplay activities, and time for implementation planning.
