Thank you for your interest in the Fiscal Best Practices session scheduled for March 14. After careful consideration, and consultation with our partners at MiLEAP, we are postponing this session until April. The topic of Fiscal Best Practices will be added to the agenda for the already scheduled OST Grantee meeting on April 16.

To ensure appropriate use of state funds, Michigan Out-of-School Time (OST) grant recipients are expected to submit regular fiscal reports. In this session, Michigan Department of Lifelong Education, Advancement and Potential (MiLEAP) staff will share expectations for fiscal reporting, samples of general ledgers and other supporting documents, and facilitate sharing of best practices from current OST grantees in Michigan.
